The core module of the MODify suite allows users to create documents in DOCX and PDF formats in seconds, with data merged in from any object in CRMOD, including all child objects needed.  Examples include account tear sheets, quotes with line items, and employee resumes, but the sky is the limit here.  If the data exists in CRMOD, this module can put it in a document that looks great. Template Manager allows admin users to add, delete, and modify on-the-fly.

Send outbound emails from CRMOD directly from any object.  Features include support of multiple HTML templates, automatic defaulting of recipients based on object type, and ability to include one or more attachments stored in CRMOD.

Add drag and drop attachment functionality to CRMOD.  Not only does it save clicks and improve the user experience, but the module provides rich conflict resolution, allowing the user to overwrite, add auto-revision, or manually rename the new attachment.

Creating mail merge documents from a list of multiple accounts or contacts in CRMOD could not be easier.  The lists can be exported as CSV and even combined or cleansed to make a new master list.  Then upload the CSV, pick a template, and get the document in seconds.  A contact list can also be uploaded to a campaign with a click.

 

Generate approval lines and emails automatically for quotes or any other type of record requiring manager approval.  This module ties into CRMOD's workflow functionality, so a huge range of approval conditions can be satisfied and managed by business owners.
